That guy was lucky to be alive, let alone unhurt. Wow.

Great news! Keep working thatknee to make it stronger. When we are young and active we never think about all the things we do to keep our body in shape. Then when we get old we wonder what happened, why things hurt.

Here in Ohio, people were complaining about the deer population. Now we have coyotes and that help to cull the young ones, and people are now complaining about the coyote population. Rumors are there are cougars back in this area too. I think it's neat, but I don't have small children or pets to worry about.

My brother lived in Florida for 9 years and is back to Ohio. He is glad to see the snow because, as he says, you can shovel snow but you can't shovel humidity.

Dan, just out of curiosity, what do you do with 1/32 Wood?

Bookmarks. The plywood is strong but flexible so it's more durable. It takes stain well too.

I was curious about Sloan's Finland Baltic Birch. I bought some 1/32" from them and some 1/32" from eBay. The one on eBay was certified "aircraft grade" where Sloan's is not. When I got them both, the only difference was the price. I don't remember the actual cost but Sloan's was a few dollars less with shipping than the one I bought on eBay with free shipping. I haven't had any problems with Sloan's but the one from eBay had a damaged edge.

Almost time to restock but Sloan's is out of the 1/32"...Drats!

When I scroll I sometimes collect the dust in little plastic bags. I have bags of ash, walnut, cherry, and bloodwood. I use them for fillers as Jim suggested.

Thanks Dan, that was quite informative.  The last batch (24 12X24 sheets) I received were warped quite badly so I don't want to order from them again.  Were do you all get the best, not the cheapest, 1/8 inch plywood?  (also not the most expensive) :)  :)  :)              TIA

Chuck, I get mine from Sloan's online. It's a mom and pop outfit that provides quality plywood and fast shipping.
