Depends on the size of puzzle.  For most of my 3/4" puzzles I use either a #5 or #7 reverse tooth blade either Olson Platinum or Flying Dutchman Ultra Reverse tooth blades.  If there are alot of really tight turns I'll back up to a #3 but you have to be careful and slow down or the blade will bow and your pieces will not fit right.  The Puzzlers blades that flying dutchman has I only use for thin puzzles that require tight fitting pieces like when you make a puzzle out of a photo.  Hope this helps.

if you use a #3 SR make sure its a new and sharp. I have use the olsen #3 SR and some times I get a few bad dull blades. I now check to make sure that they are sharp.  I have use 3/4 think wood and cut the outside of the puzzle with a #9 SR olsen then I use the #3 SR of cutting out the rest of the puzzle woorks great.

What type of puzzles are you making. Jigsaw puzzles, standup puzzles or tray puzzles. If you make kids tray puzzles I recommend a bigger blade then the puzzle blade. The awesome tight fit can be frustrating to kids

any kind well do....

I also talk to ray.
and he told me where it should be place at.   place a small amount direcly under the lever (push up on the lifting part to have space to push a small amount of the grease  under it.

To be perfectly honest, I forgot about it.  So I just walked out to the workshop and looked.  The one I use is by Permatex "White Lithium Grease #WL-9"  It is a 1.5 oz tube and that should last me the rest of my life.  I got it at the local auto parts store.

HTH.

Sorry about forgetting.
Bob

where do you put the grease at.  I though it have to be inside that white lever.
what was the name of the auto part store maybe I got one here.... thanks.
