Happy to make your acquaintance Deanna....
     I DO NOT EVER use packing tape on ANY of my projects.  One I did experiment with.  Fretwork portrait with over a 50 inside cuts.  The back of the bottom piece looked TERRIBLE with frayed tape and some lil fuzzies!
After spending some time trying to get the PACKING TAPE off I just gave up and like you its hanging on my shop wall as a reminder.
     Using the Flying Dutchman blades and cutting even Lowe's 1/4" Red Oak.
or preferably 1/8 or 1/4 BB the bottom piece had VERY LITTLE lil fuzzies.
     I ALWAYS use the blue painters tape on the top piece with the pattern spray glued to it.  Never was happy using the mineral spirits to desolve or as I see it melt the sticky glue.
     Anyway this be my opinion and I hope we have many more posts concerning this subject.  Later....  Danny  :+}

I give Thanks to Everyone for your pointers....  Guess my thoughts go back to last year November show.  Had 125 round to different shaped ornaments with various designs inside.  All 1/8 BB.  I had approx. 50 from the previous year where I was pricing at $3.00.  They did not sell very well.  Last year I put a sign out at $1.00 each and sold everyone of them before the first day got over.  So back to my original post.  They are FAST to cut and finish, so I feel that a buck apiece is fair.  How ya'll feel bout this?  Danny  :+}

Well its close to MY annual November Craft Fair thing and altho I have many, many different things my mind goes back to LAST YEAR and the PUBLIC just did not have the BUCKS to buy....  Anyway that's the way (I see it)
Is it going to be BETTER this year?  (HOPE SO)....  Anyway My Question goes out to all the ones that do the Craft Shows pretty regularly.  Lets take Christmas ornaments (any type)  Easy to cut a STACK of SIX.  That's really quite A LOT over-all in a short time frame.  All I can think of to do with the fancy stuff is stain/varnish (to not have to take a lot of time) and I was thinking of selling them REAL CHEAP.  Like a buck a piece.

CAN ANY OR YAS OFFER ME BITS N PIECES OF YOUR EXPERIENCE?

These craft shows are ONLY a way to get a lil ahead for all the time spent.

Any feed back would be GREATLY Appreacieated....  Tks....  Danny  :+}

Thanks guys for your comments.  Now what do I do with that other Aileens glue.  The Gel?  For sure it doesn't glue wood together.  The aileen products just do not go into much directions like others.  Hey but it does repeat what it has on the lil bottles in a couple other languages.  LOL  Danny  :+}

Well GB I would say I will check this spray out.  Was using the 3M glue, but found the Elmers at WallyWorld and gave it a try and its really, really good.
Cost a couple bucks less also.  And I thank yas for the update....Danny  :+}

Howdy Mike....  I also bought 4 of them clamps and they sure look pretty.
Have you use them yet?  To me there is something not right about them.
When you squeeze the handle to clamp onto something mine will get tight to a point and the handle still cranks, but won/t get any tighter?  Anyway they were cheap and I have others that work great.  My opinion.  Danny :+}

To ALL that replyed to my past post concerning the tacky glue.
I did buy a bottle (brown) and I have used it to glue up bout a
dozen of my picture frames.  My feelings are ITS GREAT....  Yea!
It seems to me that it goes on easier than other glues and it spreads
much, much better.  I have ALWAYS used Titebond and this product
just got stuck in my head and had to experiment with it.  Anyway....

Great looking project Clyde....  A question was asked about how tall it is.
And what type of glue did you use?  Did you use any clamps?  Would Love to of seen a step by step picture album of how you made this wonderful project.  I have always wanted to take on something like this, but like you mentioned....Being a lil scared.  LOL  Danny  :+}

Well Gabby I can't say more than I've read above.  You did a outstanding job of cutting that stallion.  It is on my list to cut.  And I just LOVE looking at your frame and thinking about my Gram ma n Grand papa's house way, way back yonder and I remember that wood looks real, real close to what I remember their old house looking like.  Later....  Danny  :+}
