This is Paul's design he posted maybe a month ago.  I think is a real, real good design.  Hey Paul....  Still can't understand what you meant for the TWO WOLFS at the top left to be doing.  Anyway cut um anyway....  Fun pattern to cut.

AS for my opinion....  BLACK BACKER....  And looks like the wood grain backer has the Eagle facing the opposite way as your first pic.  Yes?  Cool....Danny :+}

Pete....The leopard looks almost real.  Super Great on the cutting.  That is a to me Huge Portrait.  Negative on the Spirals for me.  You must be Good using them as there is lots of tender cuts there.  Did you use the Flat blades on some places?  Top of the Line for me....  Danny  :+}

Well honestly I can say that blade slippage has never been a problem.  Have read where sanding the ends a bit helps this.  And then I have to say the Flying Dutchman brand blades are just the Greatest of any brand.  Danny  :+}

Good Morning Al....  Bout all I can suggest is a slightly larger hole.  I don't use spiral blades, but have tired and seems to me with the spiral of the cutting area they would be more difficult getting thru a small hole.  I sometimes bend a blade, but its because I don't drop the wood straight down.  2cents worth.:+}

Hey Donna.... Nice to meet ya's....  I experimented the same frustrations that you have described with my Hegner a few months ago.  After calling the customer rep. and getting their advice it turned out to be the problem of the grub screw needing adjusting.  Also I was tightening the the right thumb screw way, way to tight which put a bind on the side of the blade which in the short run of things weakened that part of the blade.  I have finally learned the correct tensioning and the amount of tightening needed to succussefully cut a project.  It has been months now and I have not had any problems.  Danny  :+}

Well I can tell you that its where you live that makes the difference in what people will pay for a Scroll Craft.  Here in Huntsville, Alabama the majority of peoples are down right cheap.  Have experimented with the Flea Market thing and its a waste of time.  Garage sales has to be the same.  People go to these type of places to pay a dollar for a ten dollar item.  I do....do ONE BIG Craft Show each year, but its a Annual thing and thousands of peoples come thru and for this type of sales I have did in my mind very, very well.  All I can really say is you have to get your feet wet to know the difference.  Good Luck....Danny :+}

Well Mrsn I gave it a try and signed out and signed in.  Yea!  Still have to click on that LOG IN to get things started.  Doesn't seem right to have to click on the sign in everytime if I checked the always stay logged in?  Oh Well Danny:+}

Just want to make a quick post....  You sound like me around 4 years ago with getting my new toy.  First thoughts was to sell my crafts.  Well after Three years with doing the craft shows and some good n some not so good I have accumulated so many different projects that did not sell.  I have EIGHT 11x17 boxes full of different things.  Always in my way.  LOL  I lived n breathed scrolling everyday.  Anyway long story short I am getting into the slow mode excitement of everyday scrolling.  Think I will follow after my good buddy Marcel from Holland and only make projects for friends n family on special occasions.
