Sorry to say, it was a bust. The weather was rainy,and cloudy. Not good at all. I did make a little over $100 after the spot rent. I do thank you all for your comments on the setup and my cuttings. Better next time right before Christmas. And everybody have a great THANKSGIVING.

I live in Iowa in a farming area. I was just wondering if somrone could give me an idea of what to charge for my Christmas Ornaments. I make them out of Cedar, Maple (hard and soft), Red Oak, and other hard wood. I have a show this Sat. and Sunday. gene

I am reading a pattern book on clocks. At the end they say if I am useing hard wood when I get it cut out dip it in a pan of penetrating oil and then it stops. Why penetrating oil, and what does it do to the piece of wood?
