Hi Newfie, I purchased my sanding mop from:  http://www.woodworkingshop.com/category.aspx?id=25
I works great.  One thing I learned, the mop sands one grit higher than the paper grit.  I have 220 paper, it sands like 320 grit.  I'll order 180 grit next time.

I got mine from:

http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=22448

I use the 6 inch double in 80 grit even for very delicate fret work.

Hey Todd, Steve Good had a post on his blog of how to make a sanding mop. He also has a link for Klingspor. That is where I got mine. Here is the link: http://scrollsawworkshop.blogspot.com/2008/12/make-your-own-sanding-mop-on-cheap.html
