I'll have to check that out, GB! I've been considering a plunge router for some sign-making. That really looks like a great little router to fit my needs, and a great price. Also, I saw on the video, it can be used for power-carving.
Thanks, GB!

Thanks GB! I been looking for a small router and that looks to be a good price and ot looks to be a nice router. I have looked at the small Bosch and Dewalt routers at the box stores, just wasnt what I wanted for the price. I hears alot of good things about Trend power tools, so I took the plunge and ordered a few mins ago. Gonna be a handy router for my small stuff....

The ad said the sale ends 3/29 but it just accepted my order.  I decided to get one to use with inlay work.

I liked what I saw too, so ordered the router on the 28th.  Anxious to get it now, but it still hasn't been shipped.  Makes me wonder if it's backordered.  GB's post must have created a run on them..lol.

Don't want to worry you guys, but at the borrom of the webpage advert it said
"Please Note:

Act fast, limited quantities . If an item becomes oversold and no longer available, the item will be removed from your order at time of processing. Sorry no rain checks or backorders. "

I hope that not the case though.

Just got an email showing the router is being shipped via UPS. Should have it in a week.  Guess I spoke too soon.

Just called them and mine will ship today.  The delay was due to an incorrect address on the card I used for payment.

I am happy that I was instrumental in the acquisition of new toys for some of my friends and in helping the dragging economy!

Enjoy the 'toys'!

I will continue to post such 'finds' as they appear on my monitor!

p.s. I do not receive any compensation from Peachtree for this service......YET!  <BG>

I get the ads to Graybeard, but I admit I passed on this one until you posted it and I saw it again.  Routers are like clamps.  It's hard to have too many.

Mine came in Friday, and it really suprised me with all the features on this router. I havent got to use it yet, but love where you can take it off the base and use it as a die grinder as well. I'm glad I got it and thanks again GB.
