Lee Valley Tools http://www.leevalley.com/en/home/help.aspx (http://www.leevalley.com/en/home/help.aspx) ships internationally and they have a selection of clocks, and lots of other interesting things.

You need to try different words.
"Clock insets" are only sold in the US, in Europe they are called all different. Try to search for clock movements in general and you'll find what you are looking for.
In Germany they are called "Einsteckwerk". I bought some from Impoll.de (http://www.impoll.de) here in Germany - good price and fast.
