Been using the method of painters blue tape and spray glue what seems like forever. Well I decided to invest in the Self stick paper. Have cut Three different projects with 100% success. Does not lift up when cutting and pulls off about the same as the tape. I am pretty much convinced that I may not use the painters tape and spray glue again. Only time will tell huh? Danny :+}

Danny, do you find that it lifts the wood grain at all when you peel it off? Just curious, 'cause with relatively cheap self-adhesive paper available online, I just might have to give this a try.

i been using self-adhesive paper for quite awhile haven't had any problems with it yet!
-
Are you talking about the same type of adhesive paper as they make mailing labels from? Obviously larger.
-
Those of you that use self stick paper please tell us what brand,& where you get it.
Thanks

some people are buying them on EBAY. i bought mine a Staples the brand is TRUEBLOCK White mailing labels. there more expensive, by the time i buy them on ebay in US, funds plus shipping and customs ETC it's just as cheap for me to go to Staples and get them.

I use the same as Newfie. I take in the empty ink cartridges from my office (instead of throwing them out) and each month get a few bucks in "Rewards" dollars. Last month I got enough that a box of 100 sheets of self stick 8 1/2 by 11 cost me $10. That should last a good while.

i've bought from Amazon & Sloans. never had any trouble with lifting the grain on bb. would use it
a lot more but i got 10 rolls blue tape from harbor freight on sale,so i wont be running out of tape for awhile
