This is my Viking Warrior ! Cut from 6.5mm (1/4") birch plywood and he measures 2ft 6" x 2ft . He is on a backing board 3ft x 2ft 6" that is painted black for the picture and will be covered in black felt. I was sweating a few times when finishing him as there were a few thin cuts but all worked out well in the end ! Starting to like these spiral blades. We have a Viking Festival where i live around july that lasts for a fortnight and the festival commitee are interested in buying him ;D will let you know how that goes.
The pattern is by Kerry Hallam
Hope you like it.........Pete

Absolutely Beautiful Pete, nice cutting too. I hope to be able to tackle something like that when my saw is finally sorted. What sort of price will you put on a masterpiece like that?

You've done a great job with that cutting. It must be an awesome piece at that size. I've cut it in 11X14 size. I always put it front and center at the shows I do and it attracts a lot of attention.

Keefie , It was my mother who emailed the pic to them and she suggested the price as well as she is in that line of work . They seem interested at that price to we will have to see how it shakes out , I will let you know what the price was if it sells ;)You've done a great job with that cutting.
