Cool! My Grandkids didn't believe that I used a skateboard in my teens in Kentucky, so I showed them my old board made by Val Surf of California in the 60's.

Thanks for the words of encouragement everyone. A friend gave me that wood, I believe it's high grade knottless pine (I'm used to plain old bargin bin pine - so to me it was a treat).
