Yeah - 32" x 7" (80cm x 17cm)
beech ply 3/8" (10mm)
Customer request, German word for wardrobe. Font is simple Arial bold.

I used spiral blades on this to push it cross the saw. I directly remembered that I don't like spirals.
Had to do a f....ull amount of sanding to get all those little marks from the blades out. Thanks to the Dremel it was indeed possible to get it done.

hmm, it does look better when not too close and almost perfect on photo. But I can feel the bumps when running my fingers above the edges. I tried to sand it smooth as much as possible, but somewhere is a point where one doesn't want to sand more.
So, Danny, I won't give the spirales another try. I had a dozen of Olsen I once bought and never tried - still 8-9 of them remain and will be nice oil hooks (http://stevedgood.com/community/index.php?topic=8246#msg76933)
