Thanks for the kind words Marshall. I love doing stained glass and angels are my favorite. I had to wing it with the feet on the little turkey but I think they came out pretty good.

Excellent. Stained Glass work is one of those skills that is on the verge of being lost as not a whole lot of folks do the work anymore. On the scrollers side the patterns for stained glass work can be used for Intarsia and Segmentation work. Thanks for sharing them with us.

I will cut WOOD until I can't cut anymore...
BUT...every time I get near a 'glass cutter' I either make a mess of the glass or myself.
My hat is off to you for the very nice projects.

Thanks everybody, One of my angels just flew off for New York. Hope she doesn't hit any bad weather.

I love your stained glass angels - have always wanted to learn but have no space/time/money to take on a new hobby.

Cskipper, you biggest expense is the grinder and a glass saw. I bought my grinder on e-bay used for 50.00 and have had it for 8 years. My glass saw is my third and probably my last. I don't use it a great deal, only to do detailed cuts. Everything else I hand break. A good glass cutter is a stained glass workers best tool. The one I have uses oil and cost about 10.00. Actually stained glass doesn't take up all that much room. I have mine in a small corner of my shop. My scrollsawing takes up the rest of the area......lol
