Title: diabetes

Is there anyone else on here that has type 2 diabetes? 

I'm type 2  now been taken meds pills but now i have to give myselfs shots now and i hate then.

I'm type 2, have been for 12 years. Still managing to control with diet, exercise and pills. I've just re-dedicated myself to the 3 to avoid insulin shots. So far its working.

Sorry about your condition. My mother was diabetic for about 40 years and at that time the only treatment they had was insulin. So it did her well. I still hate the thought of ending up there!

The three best remedies for Type2 are weight loss, diet control and exercise.
It work well for me as I am not on insulin or pills and it is not easy to refuse all of the goodies that we all crave at one time or other.

I'm a diabetic and I have been for 17years I am on 2 different pills and insulin for the diabetes.  Mine is also type 2 but more because of hereditary reasons.  I also have multiple other problems so I take a total of eleven different pills a day.  Do I complain no, I just have a laugh and get on with life.  :D
You will get used to the injections even though it is a bit of a pain to begin with, (sorry about the pun).
