Title: New, No Strings Attached

First off, I?d like to thank Dan, Eclipse Scroller. for the great Guitar pattern in the Holiday issue of SSW&C magazine. I liked it so much I made it for my youngest Grandson, who is learning to play Base Guitar. I'm sure he's going to love it.

Woods used, starting from the left:

Soft Maple and Cherry, Painted to match my Grandson?s guitar.
Yellow Heart, Maple & Leopard (Lacewood)
Red Plum, Cherry & Walnut
Purple Heart, & Wenge
Holly, Walnut & Cherry
Padauk & Black Walnut
Zebra & Walnut
Soft Maple & Walnut

Finished it with Deft, Satin spray.

Boy, it is always a treat to see your work.  This is another beautiful piece.  He is certainly going to love it. :)

Sorry to be repetative, but when I saw you had a new post with a new piece I was instantly excited to see it, and true to form, it is gorgeous!!! Another work of art which I'm sure your grandson will love.

Al as stated earlier it's always a treat to see your new work, you are a master.
I zoomed in to 400% and the detail is fantastic. Michael will no doubt treasure it!

Very nice Al!  I am sure your grandson will love it.  Glad that you liked the pattern.  I have a couple more ideas for patterns too.

It looks absolutely great. I am sure you grandson will love it. Not everybody that can boast with such an artistic grandfather.

JustMike, SSW&C is    "ScrollSaw Woodworking and Crafts" magazine.

It has several scrollsaw projects in each issue. Very much like  "Creative Woodworks & Crafts" magazine.
