Title: Daughter-in-law's name plate
Post by: Marshall on October 29, 2011, 09:40:13 am
Made this name plate this week and finally put the last coat of spray Deft Satin Lacquer on it . I made it out of Cherry and I usually make these out of pine and I forget how hard that cherry is until I use it once in a while . This will be part of her Christmas present and I hope she likes it .........any comments are welcome ..........MB ...........

Should look great on her desk Marshall. What thickness cherry and what size blade did you use?

Very nice Marshall, Hard woods, like Cherry, look so much richer than pine. She'll love it.
