Good Day Folks!
It's been awhile since I hung out here. Finally have gotten settled in the new house, and the climate controlled basement workshop squared away. I have a question about the employee of the month pattern, how does one cut those small letters out in the middle of the star? What blade size? Where to drill the pilot holes?
Thanks in advance, and hope all has been well,
Steven

Well Steven I wud suggest using a FD-UR #1. I have found this blade to be GREAT for being able to turn corners and very easy to control. As long as you don't decide to stack to many blanks. Just my 2 cents. Danny :+}

yeah, that's a #1 thing. What is the smallest drill you have? Use it. Be cautious, it will break easily. A 1/32" will be enough for that blade.

Good Day Folks!
Thank you all for the replies, I have the whole assostment of FD Blades. I also have the whole assortment of the drill bits, that are sold on the site. I was think of using my wood burner, instead of cutting it out, as I am not the talnted on the saw yet.
