Title: New saw

I forgot to put this on the other post.  I am thinking of getting a new saw.  I have a 19 inch craftman now.  It is a great saw, but I need one with a bigger base plate.  Any sugestion.

Well Gene, the two saws I would recommend are the DeWalt 788 or the General International Excalibur EX21. Both are good saws with the EX21 being the better of the two. There are more expensive saws out there, but I can't recommend them because I have not tried any of them. I currently use the DeWalt, But if and when I need to replace it, I will get the EX21.
