First, years ago, the artist of this picture gave me permission to use it in a project I was doing. He has since then passed away. Today, I contacted his son, who gave me permission to post the picture here. The drawing is not copyrighted, but I still feel it only proper to ask permission to use someone elses work. The artist is Michael Attwell, who was an actor but also did a comic strip years ago. The drawing is from a UK show called Turtle's Progress.
So, if I do this correctly, here's the stencil.
