Title: coyote stencel

Has anyone had any experience with coyote? I would give it a try if it was as good as the ad says. It looks really good just wondering if anyone else has tried it. 8)

i downloaded a trial version of it but wasn't to impressed with.i don't think it was as good as the ad said it was!

I've had it for over a year.  I like it very much.  It comes with an instruction book which was a huge help to me.  I am severely computer illiterate.  It allows you to bring in layers for backgrounds etc.  It also allows you to look at your project in a variety of woods and shows you your fallout.  To me, it was worth the $75.00 I paid for it.

I have serious problems posting pictures.  I have tried and tried.  The only thing I have managed to post is a picassa album - that was quite a while ago.  My son-in-law is getting out of the Air Force and going to the Texas State Trooper Acadamy and they will be moving in in about 2 weeks.  I plan on him or my daughter sitting down with me and showing me how to do these things once and for all.  I promise to start posting pictures soon.

I have  and use coyote on a regular basis, depending on the picture and skill level with the grapics it is possible to get a very good pattern on some pictures with the adjustments in the program and little or no hand work with the eraser or pen tools. they are not all that easy but after practicing I have been able to go back and make great portraits from early failures, there are great tutorials on u-tube and practice really helps. If anyone is contemplating a trip to the midwest scrollsaw trade show in Wisconsin next week I will be giving an introductory seminar on coyote and they have given me coupons for attendees for a discount on the program.
