I played with it a little, you can probably improve it by reducing the number and spacing of the lines and leave some more white showing I think if you tried to cut it the way it is it would fall apart. But that being said I'm no pro.

Looked to me like she had a bad case of chapped lips with all the lip lines.

I'm sure you can do better than I did, especially if you have the original photo to work from as a guide. I'm glad to help out whenever I can with a suggestion, but I'm no means an expert at this kind of thing. Just know what doesn't quite look right at times, but not necessarily how to fix it.

I was cutting a cartoon which was a simple line drawing, and quit before it was finished because of that very problem. I didn't want to spend the time going back over all of it and It would have made it extremely fragile.
