Just thought I would share what I gave to my step mom today. I would have put green in the leaves and stem but ran out of time.  :-\ But I still like the look of it. Have a great Mother's Day everyone!!!

Excellent cutting.  What did you use for the coloration of the rose?

Thanks everyone! To color the rose I used a thin piece of red textured paper that I got from the local craft store.

Beautiful Rose and a very nice detail with the color.
Personally I think just the red is striking.
