Title: Gabby Finally Appears LOL
Post by: Gabby on March 22, 2011, 08:53:20 pm
Hallelujah!!!!!
The weather finally cooperated and I was able to do some cutting.
I designed a Wine tender, if you have ever had a bottle partly used and stored in the fridge, with a hole in the cork, it probably leaked. This is designed to hold the top elevated so that won't happen. And it won't take up valuable space while it's doing that.
It isn't much really I realise that. but it is my FIRST!! The decoration is a grape leaf.

Congrats. on getting your 1st Brag post. Nice creation you cut there!

Another solution to the leaking wine bottle is to never leaving any wine in it after you open it... ;D

Thanks for sharing Gabby.

Thanks guys, I appreciate your kind words.
I'm not the wino in this house. LOL
My wife and our neighbors are the connoisseurs, and some times a bottle will not be all used up.
So it gets put away for a while.
I also discovered why the spray adhesive in combination with tape as described elsewhere is important. Durn pattern kept lifting away from the wood. Next item on my shopping list!!!!
Now if the weather will hold.
Hey Russ do you just hook it up to an IV?
Marion the bug bit me a while back, that's why I've been whining about the crappy weather.
GB It would be a cheap paper weight, or good kindling.

Thank you Franko, it at least shows I'm trying.
I asked about your match box, Will it hang on the wall or is it only designed to sit on a shelf or counter top?
