Title: Mallard
Post by: bluesuede on February 20, 2011, 10:27:48 am
I cut this from 1/8" baltic birch and made the frame from pine. Of course I stack cut, needed one copy for my own and maybe one for someone else... Not so sure I like the color stain on the frame but it's too late now. I will be donating this cutting to the local community hall to auction off at their Wild Game Supper. I hope it will raise a few dollars to help them out... Pattern was by ARPOP.

What a beautiful project!  I love the framing too.  It looks really professional and I think the color is fine.  Both the pattern and the plaque are wonderful!
