Paul, in the short time that i've been part of this forum, it is obvious you are the man for the patterns. I'm going to save this one and tackle it once I get more practice under my belt. The wife will love it since her favorite flower are roses.
I think I need to make a file just to save all the patterns I like. Thanks for sharing.

That is a beautiful pattern, Paul.  I would probably cut it as a trivet.

How pretty.  I think it would make a nice hanging for a kitchen or powder room.  I know someone who loves roses.

You are right on target. Paul is a whiz no question. I made a file folder just for patterns and ideas for patterns, and save them all in one place it's easier to find them that way.
I snitched a copy too Paul just in case I ever get good enough to make something so intricate. It would make a great trivet she could leave out for everyone to admire.

Got the new FD blades yesterday and tried the first one out from the free sample, a FD-UR-5 ultra reverse
I used it on the same piece of 1/4" plywood, and there is no comparison between the 2 blades. I even got brave enough to cut out a stencil of the numbers 6-7-8. one inch high. Whew almost bit off more than I could chew but got through OK nothing to crow about but it did help my self confidence. Not quite ready for prime time!  ;D
I have a foot control switch coming should get it Monday, the control that will give will reduce my aprehension and difficulty reaching my left hand for the switch especially if I'm trying to hold the work still and fumble for the off switch at the same time.
I'll just keep on keeping on!
