Here's a site for free fonts that you may or may not already know about.  Just wanted to post it in case you didn't know of it...

Yes - that's a good site!

Try "stencil font" as a search, there are some free fonts out there:

http://hans.presto.tripod.com/fonts/stencil2.html

Most of them are usable in scroll saw patterns.

I've used www.fontineed.com.  The download process is pretty user friendly.

Once you start searching you will find quite a few out there.  8)
