Title: bud vases
Post by: canadasgall on January 29, 2011, 06:53:48 pm: were do you get the bud vases i checked out wild wood but the shipping is crazy..i was wondering if test tubes would do the trick?

I buy mine from walmart in the aisle with the fake flowers. The ones I get are like a buck or two. I have seen them at dollar stores as well, but that is more out of the way for me.

I keep a couple on hand, just in case I want to make a vase (i have a couple of patterns for them). I had one out on the kitchen counter after washing it (covered in sawdust from the shop). My husband saw it in the morning, and brought home flowers to put in it. Bonus!!!

Have done toilets, installed bathtubs and showers, replaced stacks, installed kitchens and disposers, done rough-in in basements, etc.

MrsN, My wife has been "sanding" on me for a long time. I think some of those rough edges just were sanded sharper. Though some have been smoothed too.
