Title: A Fjinish Question
Post by: Lakelad on January 21, 2011, 12:16:57 pm
I am going to make some picture frames. My question is what do you recommend as a finish, they are to be made of cedar. I normally use Steve's lemon oil dip technique and it may well be the best way to go with the cedar. I have no experience with finishing cedar and would be interested in your input.

Either danish oil or lemon oil with a clear coat of your choice.

Thanks all, I just haven't worked with cedar, other than building squirrel feeders. I appreciate your help.
