I have seen some mentions back yonder about making the cut line RED for better viewing while cutting.... This is probably a DUMB question, but how do I go about making the black line RED? Is there a way to set the printer up to print only in RED? Thanks for your help.... Danny :+{
P.S. I am fairly NEW to the PC world.

Hi Danny: If you are talking about patterns you are designing, there usually is a function in the program you are using to change the color of the "stroke" to what ever you want and then when you print it your pattern will come out that way. If you are talking about patterns you download, such as Steve's, I don't know about that. Let me know what you find out.
I downloaded "Inscape" a while back. I've had a lot of fun designing word art but haven't got much father than that. There are some turtorial online for Inkscape. The one with Jim Mex on the Scroll Saw Workshop forum is pretty good. And there is another one at Scroll Saw Village by Travis that is really good. Good luck and have fun.

Hy Danny, I take the freeware irfanview. Make a copy of the pattern and put it in irfanview. Than go on the button Image than on color corrections han color balance. Put the R controller to the right site, and all is red. Steve's patter going too.
I hope i could help.

You would have to read your printer manual on changing the color settings. Each printer is different from manufacturer to model. 8)
