Here is a freeware software to make picture to pencil picture. Maybe it is an Programm to make Scrollsaw Pattern.

Thanks for the link Heiko. I did download the software, they say it's free but on mine it's say trial version. It does work good to start a portrait. It is like using photocopy on photoshop.
