;DLOL. That happens if the weather is bad and your unemployed. You devide your time between the scroll saw and the forum. Read everything and answer to most.

I'm just trying to figure out how you let that happen GB. Way to go David. I was also shocked that you both past Cherie. I have to say though I have a pretty good lead. Not to worried right now.
I am just enjoying the competition. LOL
:D :D :D

Speaking of Cherie....
She had a bad day at school yesterday and was pretty down ...
Maybe a few 'emails' might help cheer her up!
AFTER she does her homework!!!

There are worse things old men could be doing on the internet. This forum and my saw are more productive than watching reruns on TV....
Ron
-
??? Old, who you calling old ??? You must be joking Ron ::)
David
-
:D I am not sure if there is a trend but have you noticed that men over 50 are easily addicted to scrolling? ;D
I was born in 1958.
Ron
-
Have not noticed Ron, but now that you mention it I was born in 1959 and will turn 51 next month ;). Must be our good judgement that got us going in this hobby.

Watch it Ron... I watch allot of TV Land (Cable) in my shop. It is nothing but reruns. Watched Bonanza this morning. Right now the have the Fifty Years of Andy Griffith Show. Back off my reruns. :o :o :o
-
What is Cherie in school for?
I'm 43. Am I old yet? :-\
I love the Andy Griffith Show! My favorite show though is Everybody Loves Raymond.
-
No way Janet. You are still a kid..... ;D
What I was saying is only about old men. I understand ladies of all ages do it for the artistic expression..... lol

I don't know if Cherie noticed but I was in Springfield today and waved when I saw the sign for Drury College.
Ron, you can't be talking old yet. I had started college when you were born and David, I was in the navy when you were born. There is one other in this group but I think he is older than me.
-
Janet...I have ties that are older than you!
D.O.B. = 1937
Anybody top that?
My 'other' screen name is "GrampEd" ! ! !

Yep, G.B. I got you. Born April, 1936. All you kids out there! BTW, I grew up listening to radio shows like the Phantom, didn't have TV.
-
WOW!
I bow to the "Elder Statesman"!
Phantom, Lone Ranger, FBI-In Peace and War, Jack Armstrong-All American Boy, Fibber Magee and Mollie, The Bickersons, Friday Night Fights, Gang Busters (remember LAVA) and on and on and on.....

My dad was born in '36. When we travel, we listen to the old radio shows on cd. I'm 50.
-
At last someone who is older than GB. I was beginning to think it was not possible. LOL. And my kids tell me I am old as dirt. LMAO ::) ::) ::)
-
Hey Russ what happened to your 300+ lead ??? It's down to 289 right now ;)
David
-
Oh YES, I feel so young reading this.
DOB 1966!! only 44 8)
-
LOL David, it has always varied between 10 to 20 posts ahead or behind depending on the time of day. You are just now noticing? Do you really think I have to worry at 289 ahead ??? LOL
-
And don't forget Boraxo and the Twenty Mule Train G.B.!
First home I remember well was a farm house in Nebraska, no electricity, a wall phone with a crank (2 longs and a short ring meant the call was for us) 3 bedrooms and a path. Had a Wind charger to charge the battery for the radio.
-
Russ...I can remember when Cherie led me by a couple hundred!!!
But she is a "coed" now and has to keep up with HOMEWORK instead of us!

I refuse to get into a discussion of age. I am only as old as I feel. :o Oh my Gosh!!! I'm dead!!!!
