When I look in my scrap box I find the offcuts are getting smaller and smaller as I find uses for the larger ones. The question is when is small too small to keep?

I think that depends on whta you generally make or are planning on making. I have some patterns from the winnfield collection where in future I will need pieces as small as 1/16''. Others might think me crazy for keeping such small stuff for the day that I need them.

depends on your budget :D

To me if it can be sucked up by my shop vac it is too small. If not it goes into my scrap bin.

That sounds about right. If it goes out in my dust collection system it's to small. 8) 8) 8)
