All ye people with great ideas I need your help please. I have to fancy fairs coming up. One 18th september and one 29th october. I have about 80 items in stock, but need to make more. Any ideas on quick, easy and still sellable are welcomed. The one in september is a church do and the one in october for an old age home. Thanks for helping me think up something.

The crosses on Steves site do really well here at church functions.

I would agree that crosses should do well but, you might also consider Christmas and Easter themes for the Church sale.
I would think that word art of old quotes for the old age home might bring back some memories for those folks. And would be easy to hang on the walls of the rooms.

I have done most of the crosses on Steve's site and you should be able to make them in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours each including finish. They are easy to cut and look great when done.

Puzzles for the old age home. Not too expensive but range from not too easy to rather difficult. They love puzzles, all kinds especially jig saw puzzles.
-
Book marks are easy to make and you can stack cut 5 or six at a time!

What about Halloween decor... even though it ;) is a pagan holiday.
-
Thanks guys keep them coming. Janet people are not really into halloween here. The last couple of years it is starting to pick up again, but I like some of the patterns, like the cats with pumpkins. Might try a couple and see how they go.

David, I think praying hands always work for churches and old people.....
so do bible verses although their not simple and easy to make....
I don't know if I can come, but could you send some more information about the events, place, time, etc.

Sheila has a new pattern for slotted crosses - they come out beautiful and can be stack cut. I have several orders for them already.

Hi David I saw some book ends the other day one set had A and the other had Z with an L shape to the right and left of them and the other set was @ and & with the same L shape
The L shape was 120mm vertical by 95mm wide and the horisontal was the same and the letters were about 100mm tall and about 70mm wide hope you can understand all that good luck

Hi David,
as mentioned in the PM, here the pattern of the eagle
I made it for a friend before he went to surgery.
Deut. 32:11 say's:
Like an eagle that rouses her chicks and hovers over her young, so he spread his wings to take them up and carried them safely on his pinions.
and yes, everyone is free to take a copy :D

Thank you very much Marcel. It is a great design and will make it as soon as possible, have 3 orders to finish first.
Another verse that I love that speaks about eagles is Is 40:31.
David.
