Title: Blade Clamps
Post by: LOLO22 on November 16, 2019, 01:42:38 pm
Good Evening to all,  I am new to scroll sawing I decided on retirement to find a hobby to keep me out of the way, and decided on scroll sawing I must say I find it most rewarding a few little snags like blade saw clamps I only bought a basic model of the Ferm Scroll saw and I am not happy with the pin less clamp they provided, I would like to ask your readers what blade clamps they would use on a ferm scroll saw? There are so many out there but not all fit the ferm. Although I have just bought the Ferm I am thinking of upgrading to abetter one but that will come later. Brilliant site by the way. kind regards Trevor UK.

welcome to the art of scroll sawing, hope you are as rewarded as I am with this hobby. poor blade clamping can be very frustrating Steve has designed aids to increase the tightening  of a blade. I found it to be very helpful on my entry level saw. many years ago.
