Title: Photo Puzzles
Post by: fatboyaus on September 02, 2019, 07:14:00 am
I'm trying to get started in creating puzzles from photos, I know I can stick them to pineboard with PVA glue but what is the best method to cut the puzzle that leaves a clean edge on the puzzle piece

Thanks

I use1/4 baltic birch plywood , haven't tried other wood types. Found Pegas # 02 mg blade to work best for me.Steve has good information on cutting photo puzzles

Steve has a few articles on how he does it.

Here is one

I purchased his book on puzzles too.

I have used Flying Dutchman Superior Puzzle blades.
