Title: Fantasy Battle Axe and Shield
Post by: jvortisch on May 28, 2019, 05:55:55 pm
This is one of Steve's patterns that I cut. I modified the pattern by cutting it out 3/8" Oak plywood instead on 1/4". I wrap the handle with a leather wrap designed for tennis rackets. I think it turned out pretty good myself.

I LIKE IT!  THAT IS A NICE LOOKING PIECE AND THE LEATHER WRAPPING TAKES THIS OVER THE TOP.

Very nice, I like the changes you made to the original design. I think itlooks better with the thicker wood.  Great job!!!

Nice job.  That pattern is in my 'To Do' stack.  I like the thicker wood as well.

Nice job.  That fat burners for men success rate (https://www.timesunion.com/marketplace/article/best-fat-burners-for-men-18117134.php) pattern is in my 'To Do' stack.  I like the thicker wood as well.

That looks fantastic, Jeff. Were you doing this for someone or are you a fantasy fan yourself?
