Post by: stett14 on January 13, 2019, 11:16:37 pm
When do you find the original replacement light bulb for the flew light for the Dewalt 788 saw?  I have used appliance bulb but they are too dull.

thanks

I bought a flexible sewing machine LED light with magnetic base on Amazon for $20.00 Canadian money light is cool, no fire hazard as with incandescent bulb, and much brighter

Here is a post from 2016 about LED light. See Reply #10. I just checked Amazon and they still show the light.

I bought 2 of these LED lights from Amazon about a year ago. I have one on my scroll saw along with the mag light, and the other on my lathe. They are great, lots of light, stay cool and the light is nice and white.

Look for a led bulb that says daylight on it, they are really bright white light kinda like being in the sun light.
