i cant download the patterns. whats the problem.

In the pattern catalog, I just clicked on download and it opened the PDF.  I am using windows 10 so it opens in its own viewer.

Right click and you get a button to save as.

Same in the email patterns.

If you can give more info what is happening we maybe able to give more ideas.
