Title: Reed Organ Scroll Pattern needed

I need a scroll pattern to make a new back for my reed organ.  The attached photo shows what it need to look like.  I would appreciate any suggestions or pattern ideas you might have.  The size if approx. 9" X 4.5" high and the back has 4 of these spaced evenly.  So I guess I only need one pattern.  Thanks

I can not help with making a pattern, but I did manage to make the insert with the missing pieces back in place.  Hopefully that will help someone else do the pattern

Thanks to all for the help.  I have this PDF of he pattern wanted.  Does anyone know where I can get this cut and mailed to me?
