Here's my first attempt at taking a photo and submitting it. It is a Volker Arnold Pattern.

Yes it is fragile, (1/8 Baltic Birch) and it does light up. My problem is figuring out how to take a picture that would show the details and the lights. I'm open to any suggestions.

If your camera has settings that you can play with, that might help. Take another picture in a dimly lit area. I have had to practice with mine on photos with lights like Christmas time.

Great work, and yes they are fragile, and for taking a picture what I have learned is to take the picture on an angle, and you don't get the glare from the flash, and it should show up better. Edward
