Call Ray at Seyco.  He knows that saw better than anybody and will talk you through any repair.

Call Excalibur and they have a instruction manual on how to do it. I did it and it was real easy.

I recently installed a new drive link assembly (top) supplied by Ray at Seyco.  I'm not a scroll saw mechanic but the instructions were detailed enough for me and a helper to complete the job.  My Ex runs like new, now.  Ray is THE go-to man.
