I have some blades with two teeth close together and then large gap. It is thus something between normal tooth and skip tooth blades. I have watched several videos on blades and search quite a bit and can't seem to find any information on the advantages of these blades. I would appreciate any information on these blades especially what their advantage is over regular or skip tooth blades.

The larger space between the two blades enables the sawdust to be expelled better.

I use a lot of skip tooth blades and bought some double skip tooth blades when the store is out of the normal skip blades.
I have not seen an advantage over the double versus the normal skip. Skip tooth blades remove the sawdust faster than the standard blades. The only thing i have found on the doubles are there wear out faster & brake easier then the normal skip blades.
I cut a lot of 1'' material and very little thin stock.

Thanks for the information.
