A customer commissioned me to make her 3 year old son a Green Dragon Bank. This bank I cut from clear pine, sealed with one coat of shellac and then painted with a metallic green acrylic paint. The coin slot was cut in the back between the wings and then a brass cover plate was put on. The bank is 10 1/4 inches tall x 8 1/2 inches long ( from tail to snout ) and 3 3/4 inches thick. It was top coated with semi gloss lacquer to help protect the bank.

John it is my own pattern. I have a stopper system that I use to get into the bank without having to take off the windows. Shoot me an email and I will get the pattern to you as soon as I redraw it to be presentable :)
