Title: Sears air hose issue

You might try "Searsparts.com". 

Depending on how "OLD" the saw is, if you have the model number, they may have the parts you need. 

Otherwise, try using the ol' fish aquarium air pump trick.  I was in the same situation and after trying to repair the air hose, I just gave up and added the aquarium air pump and the device works very well.
