I recently purchased the Sheila Landry pattern for the 5 reindeer and sleigh. I completed the sleigh, and was going to start on the reindeer. Showed the sleigh to my wife..... big mistake.... she says, she would rather have is a winter horse drawn sleigh than the reindeer. Coarse my response was alright, I bet my niece will like it! But thinking about it a horse would be kind of cool. So has anyone seen a horse pattern, made the same method as the reindeer? I cannot recall ever seeing one, nor could I find one.
Here is my sleigh. Horse or reindeer to follow.....

Great looking sleigh, Paul,
If you have the Holiday 2009 issue #37 of Scrollsaw Woodworking and Crafts, there
is a horse drawn sleigh in there. The horse is abt 9 3/4" Long.
If you do NOT have that magazine, I don't think it would take me long to make a
similar version from a silhouette or clip-art. Just let me know if you would like a
particular stance (Can't promise but, will definitely try to make it to your liking)
and let me know about how long it should be to be in a good proportion to the sleigh.
God Bless! Spirithorse

How is this one?

I just ordered the issue. Even if I don't like the horse, it will give me a chance to see if I might like the magazine. Thanks for the help.

That's a nice one Bob, thank you. I'm not sure I am smart enough to make it 3 dimensional, but if the one in the magazine is not workable I will try to work with yours. I like the stance you gave it.
Thank you

Nice looking your horse Bob.

Paul,
You might try asking Sheila if she has a pattern. If not maybe she would make one.
