This is a Sue Mey pattern she just released last week. (She has a lot of great patterns.)

I cut it out of 3/4" Cypress which had been run through a wire wheel machine at work. (We bought the machine to distress Cypress wood and then make them into beams.)
There were some tricky spots when the tape lifted off the wood, but I held it down to finish the cuts. Since the wood surface was uneven the blue tape I put on first didn't stick as well as it does to smoother surfaces.
The second pic shows how much distressing there was from a different angle.
