Title: 3d christmas ornaments

Hey guys !
sorry its been so long since i posted,
I have stared to make 3d christmas ornaments for some holiday money
i am making them out of 1/8 inch baltic birch ply any tips on stack cutting ?
will post a pic of how they turned out one im finished
if anyone wants the pattern just pm me

Darragh: I personally stack as many pieces that make up to 1-11/4 inches and then hot melt glue the edges together.

I drill holes toothpick size holes in the waste areas and then insert round toothpicks glued into the holes  Clamp them for a few minutes and away you go.  The stack is not going to move.

I either wrap the stack with painters tape or else shoot brads in the waste area.

I use hot melt glue in the waste areas. Just a couple of dots does really well. Fast and inexpensive! :)

i use painters tape to keep the stack together.i find it quick and easy.BTW i sent you a PM.
