Title: cheetah portrait
Post by: smw on August 06, 2014, 05:54:54 pm
Hi guys saw one of these cheetah portraits on the net a while back and thought I would give it a go, I didn't realize how many times I would have to remove the blade.

Great job on the cheetah.  What are you going to use for a background?  Thanks for sharing this with us.

Very nicely done.  I love the big cats done with scroll saw.

Well done!

My kind of project....I love doing portraits with lots of blade changes and cuts.

The most ever was a lion & tiger side by side with 709 cuts.

Keep up with the great work!

It looks good. Did you count how many holes there were?

Thanks everyone for your kind remarks,I was intending to count the cuts but never did as it took about
1 1/2 weeks an hour here an there  just whenever I got the time, as for the background I just used black card behind,I have seen a few with coloured card or material for a background just whatever you prefer yourself or your customer if selling
