Title: Jumping Walleye Fish pattern

I have a customer who wants a Very specific pattern.  I know there are lots of fish patterns out there, but his request is for a specific fish.  It MUST be a Walleye. Preferably jumping like Steve's bass. Any ideas?

Well I know I am old and not very bright but that is the pattern I am looking for.  I evidently didn't receive it or it was during my computer blitz.  Could you please email it to me again???? please.    Thank you in advance.
