Title: Fundraising scoreboard
Post by: Marcellarius on May 30, 2014, 09:20:36 am
My daughter designed a scoreboard for our the fundraising for our new church.
family project:
we did a lot of the building together, great to do so.
I did the cutting.
my wife sanded them on the belt-sander.
Daughter did burn in all the numbers
daughter did all the drilling and both of us glued and screwed it all together.
all poplar and pine scrap wood from pallets.

it's a push/slide system, push the "0" up and the "1"will come out at the top.
put the "1" on the spot of the "0" and you can make and add any number.

Very nicely done project Marcel.  Glad to see that it was a family project as well.  Thanks for sharing this with us.

no Game, Raymond, but fundraising for a new church building,
we did use a rented building for the last 5 years, but some utilization laws prohibit us further using this building, so we need/want to buy our own building.  city council offered us a piece of land we can buy where we can build a new building.
so lot's of money needed......
all kind of selling and fundraising actions started from baking cake till collecting old scrap iron.
I started to contribute by selling key chains.
good to see how the fellowship of the congregation develops in craft and creativity ;)
